The perfect pairing for your Martini ? Look no further than chips with caviar sour dip. The combination of crispy chips with the rich and savory dip is the perfect blend of flavors and textures that will leave your guests wanting more.

Chips with caviar sourcream dip
serves 2 to 4 as a snack


Ingredients

250g sour cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
squeeze of lemon
ground white pepper
sea salt, to taste
100g salmon roe or caviar
lightly salted potato chips


Directions
Mix together sour cream, chopped chives and a squeeze of lemon, white pepper and a pinch of salt to taste. Let sit for a few minutes so that the flavors can meld.  Fill the dip into a serving bowl and spoon salmon roe or caviar on top and serve with potato chips. We love to serve the chips in our beloved bread basket. Enjoy!
