DOES SUCCESSFUL SUPPER OFFER RETURNS?
If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
Any claim must be submitted within 14 working days following the receipt of the product. For any returns, the customer must first contact customer service via email at hi@successfulsupper.com to inform them of the decision to exercise their right of withdrawal.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We aim to ship all orders within three business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, your order may take slightly longer to dispatch. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Your order will be shipped with DHL Parcel services.
Please note that for now WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN GERMANY until further notice.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please refer to your order confirmation. We provide a tracking number so that you can check the delivery of your package on DHL.
