General Guidelines:

Washable up to 60°C
Do not spin

No chemical cleaning

To remove any stubborn stains, gently wash your embroidered linen by hand with natural soap before laundering it in the washing machine. Avoid using bleach as it can damage the fabric. We recommend placing the linen table linens in a special bag or pillowcase before washing to ensure that the embroidery threads are not damaged by friction. The linen table linens are machine washable up to 60°C on the delicate cycle. Please refrain from using bleach and optical brighteners. Avoid spinning to prevent damage to the fiber of your linen.

After washing your embroidered table linens, it‘s best to lay them flat or hang them carefully to avoid deformations.

An additional tip: Do not let the laundry dry completely, as it will be easier to iron. Iron your embroidered linen while it is still damp, using a hot iron and full steam. Always iron on the reverse side. Place a terry towel under the linen to prevent flattening the embroidery stitches and to enhance the work with a more embossed effect. For the best ironing results, add a small amount of dissolved rice starch to the final rinse water.

3) CaRE INSTRCTiONS FoR DELICaTE GLASS PRoDUCTS

Cleaning
Before you commence the cleaning process, please follow these instructions on how to properly hold the glasses:
Never hold the glass by the base or only by the stem; instead, cradle the bowl with your hollow hand, allowing the stem to rest between your index and middle fingers.
Clean the glasses by hand with lukewarm water and only, if necessary, with a few drops of mild dish soap. Use a sponge or glass brush if needed.

Polishing
Ideally, use a large linen cloth exclusively for polishing your glasses, and wash it several times before the first use.
Hold the glass securely by the bowl with one end of the cloth, and use the other side to polish the glass. You can also use two clothes. Start with the inside of the glass, then the rim, and the outside. Avoid the typical counter-rotation of the base and bowl while polishing. Finally, polish the stem and base.

4) CaRE INSTRUcTIONS FoR OuR WOODeN SERViNG BoARDS

Wet both sides and hand wash with lukewarm, soapy water. Dry the surface with a kitchen towel and hang to air-dry. Do not wash with abrasive cloths or detergents. Do not soak in water or leave standing in a puddle of water. Avoid contact with ferrous metals when wet. Not dishwasher safe. Untreated, natural-oiled, and clear-oiled boards can also be used as cutting boards, but keep in mind that the use of a knife on any wooden product will result in knife marks. Do not use a knife directly on black-oiled wooden products, as it will damage the colour finish.
